Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access follows the need-to-know principle, and account passwords are protected with strong hashing (Argon2) and brute-force lockout.
A redundant, distributed database and RAID storage guard against data loss. Encrypted full backups run daily, so the service can be restored within one working day.
We process data as your processor under a GDPR Art. 28 agreement — no advertising, no data selling, and self-hosted analytics. You stay in control.
