In the course of use, we collect access and device data (e.g. in the event of server or other software errors). The data collected is used exclusively to improve our services and is not passed on to third parties.

When using this website, personal data is collected exclusively on the basis of the provisions of Art. 6 GDPR. This means that collection, processing and use are based on your unambiguous consent, justified technical requirements or legal regulations. At all times, we limit ourselves to the minimum necessary requirements. The legal basis for this can be found in the GDPR, the BDSG (new) and the Telemedia Act.

Interaction with the live chat platform

This site uses the ChatWoot software provided by Chatwoot, Inc. This service allows visitors to this site to contact or be contacted by Klubraum's support team.

This service collects data about the use of this website even if they do not actively use the chat functionality. In addition, messages from a live chat conversation may be saved.

Data collected: Cookies, communication data during the use of the service; usage data.

Since the ChatWoot software is hosted on aucentiq solutions' own servers, no data is transferred to third parties.

Web analysis

As part of the use of this site and in the web version of our app, a software for statistical analysis of visitor accesses called Matomo (formerly Piwik) is used. For this purpose, text files, so-called cookies, are temporarily stored on your computer, which enable an analysis of website usage. This enables us to continuously improve our web-based version of Klubraum for you. All information generated is stored on aucentiq's servers in Germany, with IP addresses anonymized before they are stored. You have the option of preventing the storage and analysis of statistical data below or by setting your browser accordingly. However, please note that it may no longer be possible to use all functions without errors.

Google Maps

For showing maps, we integrate the maps of the service "Google Maps" of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The processed data may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of the users, which, however, are not collected without their consent (usually executed in the context of the settings of their mobile devices). The data may be processed in the USA.

Newsletter / Sendinblue

On our website we give our visitors the opportunity to subscribe to news via e-mail in the form of a newsletter. Registration is voluntary and independent of using the app Klubraum. Anyone who wants to receive the newsletter must provide a valid e-mail address and confirm that the owner of the e-mail address agrees to receive the newsletter. The information collected is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

The sending of the newsletter is carried out by the German provider Sendinblue. In order for Sendinblue to send the e-mail, the user's e-mail address must be transmitted to a Sendinblue server. The e-mail address and other information for the delivery of the e-mails is stored on Sendinblue servers. Sendinblue uses the collected data exclusively for the purpose of secure e-mail transmission.

Data security

To ensure operation and security, the following data is stored on our web servers for a limited period of time: IP address of the user or requesting system, time of access, URL and response code as well as any error messages of the website access. Without the addition of further information (which we do not collect), this data is not personally identifiable. The collection and processing is based on a legitimate interest (within the meaning of Art. 6 para 1(f) GDPR).

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security risks. For your own safety, we recommend that you close the browser window when leaving our websites and services. Data deletion

As soon as data is no longer required for its purpose and there are no legal grounds for deletion or anonymization (e.g. due to legal retention obligations under the German Commercial Code), it will be deleted or anonymized by aucentiq.

Cooperation with third parties

Your data will not be used for purposes other than those listed on this page and will not be shared with uninvolved third parties. A contract for commissioned data processing (pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with all hosting service providers involved in the operation of this site and the provision of our services.

Supervisory Authority

The supervisory authority responsible for data protection is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Baden-Württemberg (further information can be found here). According to Art. 77 GDPR, you are entitled to file a complaint there in the event of a violation.

Rights of information and objection
