How can I change my email address?

Your email is your unique identification at Klubraum. If you have a new email address or were invited with an incorrect email address, you can change it in the settings.

To do this, go to Menu - Settings - Account - Change Email.

Once you’ve entered your new email address, we’ll send a verification code to your new email address. You’ll need to enter this code in the Klubraum app to complete the change.

Please note that your new email address must not already be associated with an existing Klubraum account.

Can a member use the same email address on multiple devices?

Yes! This works on any number of devices as well as on the web. Simply request a login link with the same email address and open it. And if you don’t have access to the email inbox on the device, you can also forward the login link to an email address.
