If you already have an account, select “I have an account” on the app’s start screen.

For login, you have the following two or three options depending on your smartphone or if you’re using the web version:

When you want to log into Klubraum, you can choose between login with email, login with Google, and on Apple devices also login with Apple. The standard way that works for everyone is login with email.

Here we send you a secret login link to your email address (similar to a password reset link). When you open this, you are automatically logged into Klubraum.

Important: On mobile devices, you must ensure that the Klubraum app is installed and that on Android you open the link with the app and not with Google Chrome. Otherwise, you will still be logged in, but you won’t be using the much faster mobile app, instead you’ll end up in our web app on your smartphone.

Login with Email

iOS / Android - Smartphone / Tablet

1. Open the Klubraum app on your smartphone / tablet.
2. Select Login with Email on the start screen.
3. Enter your email address connected to Klubraum and click Request login link.
4. Open your email inbox also on your smartphone and open the Klubraum login link email that you should have received by now.
5. Tap on Login now.

Note, the login link expires after 15 minutes for security reasons.

In Browser (Chrome or Firefox)

1. Open the Klubraum WebApp within your browser.
2. Select Login with Email on the start screen.
3. Enter your email address connected to Klubraum and click Request login link.
4. Open your email inbox and open the Klubraum login link email that you should have received by now.
5. Tap on Login now.

Note, the login link expires after 15 minutes for security reasons.

Tip: If you have problems opening the login link, you can alternatively log in with a login token. Steps 1-3 remain the same. Then copy the login token at the end of the email and switch to the app/website. Then click on I want to enter a login token manually. Copy the login token into the login field and click on Login now.

Login with Google

When logging in with Google, you use your Google account to authenticate with Klubraum. If you want to use this option, you must be connected to Klubraum with the same email address.

This means, if you are already a member of a Klubraum, then you must be registered there with your Google email address. Otherwise, you can change your email address to the Google email address via Settings - Account and use your Google account for login from now on.

Note: [email protected] and [email protected] are the same for Google, but for Klubraum they are two different email addresses.

Login with Apple

When logging in with Apple, you use your Apple account to authenticate with Klubraum. If you want to use this option, you must be connected to Klubraum with the same email address.

This means, if you are already a member of a Klubraum, then you must have been invited there with your Apple account email address. Otherwise, you can change your email address to the Apple account email address via Settings - Account and use your Apple account for login from now on.

Warning: Never use the option to anonymize your email address during login, as we then cannot assign you and our emails may not reach you properly.
