Supported Browsers

In general, all widely used browsers work when they are up to date (maximum one year old):

Google Chrome (recommended)
Microsoft Edge (version 79 and above)
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari (currently with minor limitations)
Opera

Firefox Browser Settings

If you experience problems using Klubraum with Firefox, this may be because your browser settings are not optimally configured.

Here’s a quick guide on how to fix the problem:

You can access the settings by selecting the Menu in Firefox at the top right and then clicking on Settings in the next step.

Open Klubraum in Browser

Then select the Privacy & Security option from the menu on the left.

Now make sure you add the address https://web.klubraum.com as an exception. Alternatively, you can disable the option “Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed”.

Install as App

After that, nothing should stand in the way of unhindered Klubraum use. 😊
