A guide for new administrators to successfully start with Klubraum

Welcome to Klubraum!

Thank you for choosing to use the Klubraum app.

From now on, you can organize your club life in a structured and clear way, communicate with your club members at any time, and always stay up to date.

To get started properly, we’ll briefly explain the most important points for successful administration. If you’ve already registered, you should have already received the following checklist.

  1. Register for Klubraum
    By registering for Klubraum, you’re taking the first step towards a better future, because Klubraum not only simplifies your club organization but also promotes club life and community.

    To register, simply download the Klubraum app on your smartphone and follow the steps there, or use the web version to register here. As an admin, you can then add more members and manage your Klubraum.

  2. Familiarize yourself with Klubraum’s features
    What is a Timeline?
    How do I start a conversation?
    How do I use my calendar?

  3. Find your test group
    Before using the app with the entire club, you should try out the features beforehand with, for example, a test group or a department of your club. Ideally, look for a group that brings a certain openness and enthusiasm for new tools.

  4. Building the content
    After a successful test phase and introduction, you can add more members and admins and start creating the most important Areas and events.
